New-parent fitness classes are geared toward restoring overall body strength and energy levels. . Involves functional exercises mimicking day-to-day movements that new parents face. Strengthening the legs, midsection, upper body and pelvic floor. All while allowing the body to restore back to its original state. These classes also involve Diaphragmatic breathing which helps to decrease stress / anxiety levels as well as flexibility training. Takes place in an outdoor group setting with other New parents. Classes will take place at the indoor location on rainy days and consistently in the Fall season. All are welcome to bring their little ones!!!
