1 – on – 1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, drop body fat percentage, increase strength, change up your workout routine or all of the above, 1 on 1 Personal Training is the most effective and fastest way to see results. With daily contact (optional), weekly workouts, constant nutrition tweaking and periodic workout program changes/improvements, you WILL see the results you want in the required time.

GROUP TRAINING

Everything noted in the Personal Training description applies in Group Training. Ideal for couples, friends, co-workers, etc. Can be done in your home, condo/ condo gym, downtown studio or out doors in the park.
